PERTH MOVES 2026 - STRUT
Perth Moves 2026
Perth Moves lands in Forrest Place with cutting-edge dance activations set to nourish the city’s relationship to movement.
Experience the choreographic emergence with 150 amateurs led by an international choreographer, witness the world premiere of a new commission featuring some of the most dynamic dancers from Australia’s neighbouring regions and an epic one-night-only anything-goes dance battle.
This freelance position was so creatively nourishing and I hope to be able to do much more event designing in the future!
CERCLES
CERCLES was a complicated, multi-faceted project that was constantly changing- and I loved it!
This event of 150 dancers, performed every day for 6 days, required advertising content both in digital and print, but also relied heavily on organisational internally-shared designs to manage all of the participants.
CERCLES had pre-existing assets that I adapted into new designs.

"An exciting choreographic emergence that builds day after day. A collective energy that radiates and carries away both participants and spectators. French choreographer Boris Charmatz invites 150 amateurs to a six-day workshop exploring circular movements of traditional and contemporary dance."

Concrete Echoes
Concrete Echoes (2026, Ta'alili) is a site responsive dance performance that took place in Forrest Place, Perth. Created by Ta'alili and produced by Strut Dance, Performing Lines and Perth Festival.
This event needed advertising both print and digital design that appealed to a wide range of audiences. We knew the art and dance community would be likely to attend, but wanted to reach the general public with this free event.

"Join us in the heart of Boorloo, where stone and dance meet, for a collaboration of international artists from different movement origins. Beneath the weight of the city, the ground softens for gathering."

Channel 9 Perth - 60th Anniversary Exhibit
This installation, currently on show at Boola Bardip (The Western Australian Museum) as of July 2025, was an exciting collaboration with Graphic Designer Susie Palandri, who also works at Nine Perth. I was brought into this project to design the display panels and to help Susie with any tasks that slipped through the cracks, with HBF run for a reason, Campaign Brief and other big design projects happening at the same time.
This project was primarily done in Illustrator, with assets made in Photoshop.
Government House WA
Being able to work on this project was an absolute honor, the history of Government house and how much it meant to my client turned this from a job into a labour of love. I received this Client and Brief after extensive conversations with Susie Annus, who lived and hosted events within government house for many years and oversaw its renewal and design. After hearing and seeing how much this building had part in so many moments that shaped our state and nation, we decided to go with a classic and historical design style while drawing inspiration from Vogue and other fashion magazines to keep it fresh and contemporary. This Vogue-esque inspiration showed mostly in Asymmetry and large drop caps.
